
I was born and raised in the Atlanta, Georgia area. I married Christopher E. Palmer in 1993. We adopted our first daughter, Lili Jade JiaQi Palmer in the Shaanxi Province of the People’s Republic of China in 2005. In 2009, we returned to China, adopting our second daughter, Addison Joy LiTong Palmer in Chongqing, China. I received my B.S., J.D. and M.P.A. degree with honors from Georgia State University. I am a member of the Georgia and federal appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court. In 2010, I was honored to be rated as an AV Preeminent Lawyer under the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review rating system. While in law school, I was published in the Georgia State Law Review. I am a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Fayetteville, Georgia and enjoy traveling, reading, running and participating in triathlons. I am also actively involved in HeartCry, a ministry to orphaned and vulnerable children. My areas of practice include: estate planning, probate administration, business succession planning and international adoption.
