
I was born and raised in the Atlanta, Georgia area. I married Christopher E. Palmer in 1993. We adopted our first daughter, Lili Jade JiaQi Palmer in the Shaanxi Province of the People’s Republic of China in 2005. I received my B.S., J.D. and M.P.A. degree with honors from Georgia State University. I am a member of the Georgia and federal appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court. While in law school, I was published in the Georgia State Law Review. I am a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Fayetteville, Georgia and enjoy traveling, reading and running. My areas of practice include: estate planning, probate administration, business succession planning and international adoption.
