Although born in Tennessee, I have lived in Georgia since 1983. I started my practice in Florida as a criminal prosecutor. My husband, Hugh Kirby, and I moved here from Texas where I practiced law with an insurance defense firm. We moved to Georgia and I have practiced predominantly in the estate planning area, both the preparation of documents (wills, powers of attorneys and trusts) and the probate of estates. I am admitted to practice in the Georgia and Florida Supreme Courts and the Federal Middle District of Florida Court. My husband is an associate pastor at New Hope Church in Fayetteville. We have two grown children, Josh, a graduate of Florida State University and Christa, a graduate of the University of Georgia. We love to travel, be with each other and friends, and simply put, enjoy life.
