
I have been a resident of Fayette County since 1991. My husband, Randy, and I have been married for over twenty-five years and we have three children: Matthew, Katie and Patrick. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stephen’s College in Columbia, Missouri and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Florida. I have been a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Florida, since 1988, and I received my law degree from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. My family belongs to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Fayetteville, Georgia. My areas of practice include: estate planning; probate administration; Special Needs Trusts ; Guardianships and Conservatorships and Elder Law. I am a member of the Georgia State Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association, Fayette Bar Association, Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Academy of Special Needs Planners. I am the Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association for 2009-2010. I am a proud supporter of the Whitewater High School lacrosse program and I am a board member of the Whitewater High School Lacrosse Booster Club.
