Areas Of Service

Wills, Trusts, Financial, Powers Of Attorney, and Advance Directives

We want to hear your story and only then can make the best recommendations for your family’s distribution of your assets at the time of your death. We want to hear what you would like to accomplish.

Probate and Estate Administration

Probate is the process in which the state of Georgia provides a forum for creditors of the deceased and a method to transfer property out of the name of the deceased to designated beneficiaries or heirs at law. The probate process assures that the Will offered for probate is truly the Last Will and Testament of the deceased. Our Goal is to help you comply with the Georgia probate requirements.

Guardianship and Conservatorship

Guardianships and conservatorships are legal proceedings in the probate court that allow for the control of another person’s finances and health care. There must be a demonstrated need for the court’s appointment of a Guardian or Conservator that would show that the proposed ward cannot make their own health care decisions and cannot manage money for themselves.
